Plans

A maintenance agreement for how your business shows up online.

Three plans. Each one adds a kind of responsibility, not more of the same thing. Month to month, cancel any time.

Every plan includes

  • Hosted, secured, and backed up
  • Watched around the clock
  • The biggest problem your plan covers, fixed every month
  • A plain-English report every month
  • You own everything: domain, site, accounts, files

Covered

$395/month

Everything about you online is correct, working, and watched.

For: A business whose hours, phone, and details are scattered across the internet, and nobody's watching.

  • Your hours, phone, and address correct on Google, Yelp, Apple Maps, and the directories that matter
  • Your Google Business Profile kept current
  • Small updates when your details change: new hours, a new phone number

Leading

$1,495/month

I go after the competitors who are beating you.

For: A business in a crowded market where someone else is getting the calls you want.

Everything in Growing, plus:

  • The competitors you name, watched every month
  • Work aimed at the searches they’re winning
  • A quarterly report on where you stand against them
  • Small changes done within two business days; everything else ahead of every other plan
Talk about Leading

More than one location? +$250/mo per extra location, on any plan. Each gets its own Google profile, its own listings, and its own section of the report.

How a month works

  1. I check. Your site, your listings, your search results, your forms.
  2. I fix. The biggest problem first, then down the list your plan covers.
  3. You get the report. What I checked, what I caught, what I changed, and what’s next. Including the months where the answer is “all correct.”

Bigger than a fix? I quote it first. Nothing lands on a bill unannounced.

What a fix looks like

Your Saturday hours wrong on Yelp. A contact form that quietly stopped sending. A page that loads slowly on phones. A broken link. A listing showing your old phone number.

New pages, campaigns, and competitor work are Growing and Leading. Design and social are quoted or add-ons.

A month on each plan

For example:

Covered
Found your Saturday hours wrong on Yelp and Apple Maps and fixed both. Tested your contact form. Kept your Google profile current. Report sent.
Growing
All of that, plus rewrote the service page closest to ranking around what people actually search, put the review link on your invoices, and fixed the spot where mobile visitors were dropping off before calling.
Leading
All of that, plus noticed a competitor you named started showing up for a search you want, and improved the page aimed at it.

*Content work means new service or city pages while you still need them. After that, the same effort goes to rewriting the pages closest to ranking, refreshing what’s gone stale, and merging pages that compete with each other.

One person, on purpose

I'm not trying to have a hundred clients. I'm building to a number I can genuinely serve, and then stopping. That's the whole model: you're not one of hundreds, and you won't quietly become less important because someone bigger signed last month.

Every request, report, and listing is me. You own everything, and it's handed back free if you leave. Month to month, cancel any time. And if after two full reports you don't think the work is real, I refund the second month.

Questions

About the plans

What do you actually do all month?

The same thing your best maintenance customers pay you for. I check everything, I fix what's wrong before you notice it, and I keep track of what's working. Some months that's a dozen changes. Some months it's checking every listing and finding them all correct. Either way the report shows exactly what I looked at and what I did.

Which one should I pick?

Growing, for most businesses. Covered if your information is a mess but you're already as busy as you want to be. Leading if you're in a crowded market and you know who's beating you.

What happens if you're out?

Your site keeps running. Hosting, security, backups, and monitoring are automatic. Planned time off, I tell you ahead of time. If something unexpected comes up, I'll let you know as soon as I can, and work picks back up in order.

Am I locked in? What if I cancel?

No minimum term. Month to month, cancel any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month, with no partial-month refunds. If you leave, everything is handed back — domain, website, accounts, files — free.

Can you guarantee first place on Google?

No. And be careful with anyone who does.

Rankings depend on your competitors and on algorithms that nobody outside Google controls. What I can promise is that the work is real, the measurements are real, and you'll see both every month.

Can't I just have AI build my website?

Try it — you'll get something. Usually one page, with placeholder text about your commitment to excellence, no photos, and nothing telling Google what you do or where you work.

It builds what you ask for. Knowing what to ask for is most of the job: which pages you actually need, the cities you serve, the structured data that gets you into Google's local results, a form that reliably delivers, labels that let a screen reader use the page.

Then there's everything that isn't building at all — the domain, the host, the deploy, email that doesn't land in spam, Google and Bing registration, your business profile, monitoring so you find out before your customers do.

I use AI every day. It's part of why this costs $795 a month instead of $3,000. What you're paying for is someone who knows what to ask for, checks the answer against something real, and picks up the phone when it breaks.

I already have a site — on Wix, WordPress, or wherever. Is this still for me?

Yes — keep it. Plenty of clients stay on the site they have, on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or anywhere else. What most businesses need is the site they have maintained, watched, and improved — and someone who actually answers. If a rebuild ever becomes the right answer, I'll tell you why.

Do you only do websites?

No. The work goes wherever your marketing needs it that month. That might be a website change — or the listing that's wrong, the service page that undersells you, the Google profile that's gone quiet, or the page that should be turning visits into calls.

Who exactly am I working with?

Jonathan. Every time. You deal with me directly — that's the product, not a limitation of it. And since you own everything outright, nothing about your business is hostage to any one person. Including me.

Can I change plans?

Yes — once per billing cycle, effective the next cycle. So if you move up in the middle of March, the new plan starts in April. That rule exists so billing stays predictable for both of us.

How am I billed?

A recurring invoice through Square, sent a few days before the period it covers. Bank transfer (ACH) is the default. Card is available on request, and I don't add a surcharge for it.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes — $500, one-time. The first month is the heaviest: getting access to everything, the baseline audit, and your listings — 50+ built and verified, and the incorrect ones fixed. From month two they’re monitored.

Want the plain recommendation?

Tell me what's going on. I'll tell you which plan fits, or whether a project makes more sense.
